Old Lake Mary Road runs between Sanford and Lake Mary, and the address confuses people, so here is the plain version. The building is in Sanford. Lake Mary city center is about 2.8 miles away. Downtown Sanford is 3.6 miles.
Coming from Orlando or Tampa, the natural route is I‑4 to SR 417, then off at CR 46A. Coming from Daytona, it is I‑4 to Exit 104 at US 17‑92. Either way you are about four and a half miles off the interstate.
Two navigation notes. If your directions send you to I‑4 Exit 98 at Lake Mary Boulevard, that is the long way around; Exit 98 is the farthest of the nearby interchanges. And if an older set of directions uses the Seminole Towne Center mall as a waypoint, ignore it. That mall closed in early 2025 and is being redeveloped.
