No! We never lock you in to long-term contracts. We would rather have our level of service, quality, and customer care speak for itself. Although we are highly confident you will want to stay with us long-term, you are able to make that decision for yourself.
Yes! We can handle the entire returns process for you including any reshipments that are necessary ensuring that your customers have the best possible customer experience possible.
Yes! We can definitely fulfill and ship your orders the same-day that they are received as long as they are received before the shipping cutoff time of 2:00 P.M. EST.
You can absolutely provide your own packaging; it is very common with many of our clients to provide their own packaging since they are often personalized with logos or are precut with unique size measurements for their items. Custom packaging is assigned its own location, along with your other SKUs, then picked accordingly, and used during packing. This would add $0.50/order for any orders that use your provided packaging. We also have clients who choose to use their custom packaging for their more exclusive items and regular packaging for other orders. This is completely your preference and we’re happy to package your orders however you choose.
We work with all major carriers, such as USPS, UPS, Fedex, and DHL. Due to our large shipping volumes, we also negotiate discounted rates with these carriers to provide you discounted shipping rates.
Absolutely! We can ship to any country or territory that the shipping carriers service. We will also work to provide you discounted rates on your international shipping.
Absolutely! We have many customers who use custom/branded packaging. You will just want to discuss your custom packaging with a ShipBuddies team member so that we can set it up properly in our platform. There is a small fee per order for using custom packaging since it is assigned its own location within our warehouse and picked along with your orders.
We will always try to have your products ready to ship and fulfill orders the same day they arrive at the warehouse, although we do ask that you allow 24-72 hours depending on how your inventory arrives. When your inventory arrives, they are inspected and allocated to locations within our warehouse. You are able to see when your inventory has been received in real-time on our platform.
No. Receiving your inventory is free as long as you follow our simple receiving guidelines provided during on-boarding. These guidelines will explain how to label and separate your products between boxes.
If you are sending a 20’ or 40’ container and your boxes are free-loaded (not palletized) then there will be a charge assessed as per our price quote.
Absolutely! Monitor your orders, inventory, returns, and shipment tracking information all in real-time with our software that will integrate directly with your shopping platform. You can use the data to show inventory quantities in real time on your website.
