Altamonte sits in the one spot on the corridor where that lever does not work, because the industrial belt south of you and the airport district north of you are both a short drive. Two things a short drive does buy you outright, and they are worth naming because they disappear entirely at three hours. You can photograph your own stock, which matters more often than people expect once product you no longer physically hold is needed for a launch or a press request. And you can count it yourself, which some owners want to do once a quarter and should not have to justify.
