4. Confirm the shipping window. Review receiving, packing and dispatch timing before promising a delivery date. Carrier transit time is separate from the time needed to receive inventory and prepare orders.

Separate warehouse receiving and storage, packing work, packaging materials and carrier shipping when reviewing a quote. Costs depend on the products, reward combinations, shipment volume and destinations, not just the number of backers.

For international rewards, confirm destination restrictions, customs requirements and who will pay duties and taxes before setting backer shipping charges.
